Module 6

Mind mapping really is my thing. Bubble Us is user friendly and really helped organise my thoughts regarding web 2.0. It is a series of tools that can be used to engage deep learning in our students. The mind mapping tool is useful as it allows students to create their own or work on class room generated ones to create a narrative or response of some sort.

The glogster site is also very exciting and a great way to allow students to express their learnings in an artistic imaginative manner. I would use this as an activity for students and have them publish it in the wiki I have set up for all students to share and will be doing this with classes next term.

Voice thread is also an interesting idea where students really have to think about what they are to say - which is sometimes more difficult that just putting pen to paper or fingers to keyboard.
